The warehouse complex contains building dates from the 1870’s through to 1916, all of which have been heavily modified over their long life as a working industrial complex. The three buildings forming the College of Law are the last of the Bateman complex to be restored and recycled as they were the more derelict. The building required extensive restoration prior to recycling for academic purposes. The finished buildings maintain their unique warehouse ambience, but have been fitted out to provide contemporary academic functionality.
